Go-to-market agency

Qualified meetings with the companies most likely to buy.

Airacle AI is a go-to-market agency and growth partner for US B2B technology companies. We turn public data and your own sales history into meetings with the right buyers, and we stay in the deal until it closes.

Experience, Automated.

Who it is for

Built for B2B technology companies that sell well and do not yet prospect.

We work with US B2B technology companies that are not software-as-a-service: hardware, networking, telecom, automation, aerospace and defense, logistics technology and similar.

If you have just become accountable for a revenue number, and your team sells but has no outbound engine that works yet, this is the situation we are set up for.

What we do

One partner for strategy, meetings and the close.

Go-to-market strategy

We start from your annual revenue target and work backward through deals, proposals and meetings to the activity needed. You see the plan before anything runs.

Qualified meetings

We build a list of the companies most likely to buy from public sources (technology in use, job posts, filings, registries) and from your own first-party data (past campaign results, CRM outcomes, call notes). We reach them by email, and by LinkedIn where your deal size makes it worthwhile.

Cold-to-sold support

We stay in the deal after the meeting is booked, from first call to signed contract.

How it works

From a signal in the market to a booked meeting.

Automation does the research and first drafts. A person approves every stage.

A sample flow

Illustrative example. The company and details are made up to show the steps.

  1. 01 SIGNAL

    A reason to talk

A hardware maker names a new VP of Sales. That is the moment a buying decision opens up.

  2. 02 VERIFY

Verified before a single word is written.

We confirm the person, the role and a working email first.

  3. 03 QUALIFY

    The other 97% set aside.

We check the company against your ideal customer profile. Those who do not fit wait in a separate list.

  4. 04 OUTREACH

Written for one reader. Not a thousand.

One short note, built around that company and that reason. Nothing goes out until a person approves it.

  5. 05 BOOKED

    From whisper to calendar. Engineered.

An interested reply reaches a person fast, and the meeting lands on the calendar.

How to read these

  • “Sequence started” is the number of leads that entered the email sequence.
  • “Reply rate” is replies as a share of those leads.
  • “Positive reply rate” is positive replies as a share of replies, not of emails sent.
  • “Opportunities” shows the value logged in Instantly for each opportunity.

Past campaigns, anonymised. Results depend on the offer, the list and the timing, and do not predict yours.

Terms in plain words

A small retainer and a share of the new revenue we create.

The price is set per client from a target we agree on the discovery call. It is a small monthly retainer plus a share of net-new revenue from meetings Airacle sourced. Expansion revenue from existing customers is excluded. We agree a meeting target with you up front, and the retainer is waived until that number is reached. We do not promise revenue or close rates.
